You have to pay for the shipment costs when you regret your purchase. When returning, you must make sure that the products are safely wrapped, because the jewelry is under your own responsibility until we receive them. Therefor, always save you postal receipt and perhaps a track and trace number.

What should I add?

Remember to add a copy of your order confirmation or invoice to the package. It is not a requirement but the service goes faster if adequate, supplementary information is included in the package, for example a copy of a previous correspondence.

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules about defects. This means that the first 24 months from when your product is delivered, you can complain over a defect product and then get it repaired, substituted, money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

However, it is naturally a requirement that the complaint is legitimate and that the defect is not caused by wrong use or any other damaging behavior.
